Compliance Officer

Our client, renowned for their commitment to integrity, sustainability, and responsible business practices, is seeking a Compliance Officer to help ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
The role will support the Head of Compliance and Senior Compliance Transformation Manager in managing remedial actions in response to a FCPA Monitors recommendations, engaging senior stakeholders, and implementing the Corporate Compliance Programme.
Responsibilities include supporting compliance projects, advising the business and front office, conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and driving compliance in joint ventures.
The ideal candidate will have a degree, over 6-8 years of relevant compliance experience including a thorough background in Anti-Bribery & Corruption, preferably in commodities and regulated environments, and strong problem-solving, communication, and IT skills.
Knowledge of regulatory landscape in relation to a trading business and direct experience with EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MAR and similar regulations is desirable.
Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being beneficial.
