Your Role As a Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring their operations adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, youll partner with key stakeholders to uphold their ethical standards and support their business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing an effective compliance program.
Monitoring adherence to policies and creating robust internal controls.
Conducting regulatory risk assessments, DPIAs, and managing data subject access requests (DSARs).
Maintaining relationships with regulators and responding to audits and reviews.
Advising stakeholders on regulatory requirements, particularly from the FCA and The Pensions Regulator.
Staying ahead of regulatory changes and ensuring the business adapts seamlessly.

Youll need: Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
Expertise in compliance laws, including AML, data protection, and anti-bribery regulations.
