Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to ensure all operations in the northern region meet compliance standards in health, safety, and environmental regulations.
This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough, or at any of our UK offices.

Your mission Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
Develop and implement compliance training programs.
Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
Provide guidance to teams and ensure incident reporting protocols are followed.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance standards.
Delivering regular reports to senior management.
Who are we looking for?
A compliance specialist with a deep understanding of regulations in construction, plant hire, or civils.
Proven experience in maintaining and auditing compliance systems.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Excellent leadership skills to guide teams on compliance matters.
