Compliance Manager

Danos have been exclusively engaged by a really exciting lending fintech for a Compliance Manager hire in London.
They are looking for those with generalist compliance experience in the fintech/ lending space who must have a strong understanding of consumer credit and CONC.
Responsibilities include: Compliance Monitoring Acting as compliance advisory for all business areas Keeping abreast of regulatory changes through horizon scanning Updating and implementing policies and procedures Approving financial promotions Due Diligence checks Stakeholder management They are ideally looking for positive and vibrant characters, who are also commercially minded and can think outside the box in line with the ever evolving company.
This will be sitting in a dynamic and collegiate team of 4, so they are looking for those who are team players.
Salary is flexible depending on experience + benefits and a hybrid working model
