Compliance Manager

Pure Search are currently supporting a leading London Market Insurer as they look to hire a Compliance Manager to join their Central Compliance Function within their London office.
This role sits within a growing arm of a global business, in what is still a fairly small team.
This means it'll be a broad role, with plenty of interaction with senior stakeholders and opportunities to progress.
This hire will enhance service quality and excellence through the provision of specialist compliance knowledge, practical solutions and monitoring of compliance topics.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Experience within the London Market Insurance space Knowledge of the FCA & PRA practices and expectations Experience with maintaining an effective Outsourcing framework, preferably around delegated underwriting authorities (MGAs) Good knowledge of Financial Crime legislation and experience in AML/Sanctions What's in it for you?
