Compliance Manager

A Lloyd's market insurance business that specialises in the Insurtech market is currently seeking a compliance manager.
This is the first hire in compliance for the firm and you will report in the CEO, a high-profile figure in the market.
On a day-to-day basis, you will manage compliance for the company and for a network of Appointed Representatives - managing relationships with Insurtech founders as you do so.
You will have the opportunity to take on more than just compliance too.
For example, you can attend pitch meetings from those companies wishing to become an AR.
Over time, you may have the opportunity to build a team.
The Insurtechs have a wide range of products but many of them are groundbreaking and are designed to solve problems that will improve society.
You need to have at least 4 years experience of working in compliance for an insurance business, have knowledge of Lloyd's and FCA regulation and a desire to work in a fast-moving, early-stage business.
You will likely be at senior analyst level or equivalent.
