Company Secretary

EMEA Legal is currently hiring a Company Secretary for a niche telecoms company in central London.
This is a newly created role where you'll join an expanding legal team, report to the General Counsel and have complete ownership to manage and create a CoSec function.
The ideal candidate will be dual Legal and CoSec qualified ideally with industry knowledge of Telecoms where you'll provided top-tier company secretarial support to the General Counsel.
You will oversea multi jurisdictional company matters in this strategic role by guiding Directors, committee members, and junior staff within the team.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have an LLB from an accredited Law School, be dual CoSec and UK legal qualified with 5+ years relevant experience.
Must have first-hand working knowledge of Regulatory compliance Skilled in detailed minute-taking and company secretarial functions Candidates with industry experience from a Telecom and /OR IT infrastructure company will be advantageous Confident, personable, and adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset Benefits Enjoy flexible hybrid work (2 days in-office) from a centrally located office.
