They are seeking an experienced Company Secretary.
You will provide essential governance support to the Governing Body and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
This role involves providing advice and guidance to the Governing Body and executive team, agenda preparation, minute-taking, regulatory filings, and managing statutory registers.
The ideal candidate will have: Qualification as a Company Secretary (ICSA or equivalent) A solid understanding and demonstrable experience of governance, company law, and regulatory compliance Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the higher education or creative industries REF-217 984
