Company Secretarial Assistant Manager

My client, a leading professional services provider is seeking to recruit an experienced company secretary from a professional services background.
You will be joining a team of six with some management duties.In particular, your duties will include:Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Lead a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional company secretarial servicesTeam Oversight: Mentor and appraise junior staff, delegate tasks, and ensure work qualityTechnical Expertise: Provide expert advice on complex matters, including share capital transactionsCompliance: Manage Companies House filings and statutory deadlinesProject Leadership: Drive technical projects and contribute to process improvement initiativesBilling & Business Development: Oversee invoicing and support business growth effortsKey Skills and Experience:Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional qualification (CGI or equivalent)Strong understanding of the Companies Act and relevant statutesExperienced in managing client portfolios and team leadershipProficiency in Diligent Entities or similar softwareExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsHybrid working:2 days per week in the office following probation (3 months)Develop your expertise and advance your career with our client.
