Would you like to work with a supportive and friendly team?We are seeking a Band 6 Dietitian to join us in the Paediatric Team to manage a caseload of Paediatric patients within the community, including group education sessions, one to ones in community clinics and training of other NHS staff.

You will be involved in the treatment of Community paediatric patientsWe are seeking a dietitian who has excellent communication as well as organisational, management and leadership skills to be involved in our team.The service is committed to providing comprehensive CPD and we utilise clinical supervision models to support staff development.Some of the duties within this role include:working as a member of the primary care dietetic team to provide professional and evidence based dietetic advice to Paediatric patients, parents/carers and staffTo manage a Paediatric caseload effectively by working with inpatients, phone reviews, outpatient appointments, attending MDT meetings for patients and making clinical decisions.To promote & be responsible for appropriate & best practice, evidence-based advice.The post will be based in the Leicestershire Nutrition and Dietetic Service Headquarters, close to the M1/M69 junction.
