Community Associate - Coworking Office Spaces £28,080-£29,484 Brindley Place, Birmingham, B1 2JB Full Time - Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (8.30am-5.30pm OR 9am-6pm - subject to change) Ok, so this isn't your typical reception job.

You are the heartbeat of our whole business and your role above all other things is how you make our members feel at every interaction.

You will be: Smiley, positive and super helpful able to figure out a CRM system with a bit of training ace at creating events that people want to attend Your focus : You will be the beaming face of our front desk and take a lot of pride in how our members feel when interacting with you and the coworking space.
Keeping them safe, happy and engaged is at the forefront everything you do.
Member Engagement & Retention: Deliver exceptional member experiences and handle inquiries promptly.
Manage front desk operations and assist with member onboarding and offboarding.
Sales and Marketing: Conduct tours and follow the sales process.
Update sales CRM and support community events.
Create and distribute weekly member newsletters.
Collaborate with marketing and source member perks.
Location Operations & Facilities Management: Maintain communication with operations and maintenance teams.
Report and resolve facilities or operational issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to Spacemade operating standards through regular building walks.
Skills & Knowledge: Experience working within a customer facing environment.
Previous sales, hospitality, events or retail sales experience.
Great organisational skills.
Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.
Start-up experience is advantageous.
