At present we operate three central London clubs, Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for a new Community Associate to join our Marylebone well-care club.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team where our members are at the forefront of everything we do!
Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests.
This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs.
You'll be the face of UNTIL, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs.
There are three key components to this role: 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service - welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care.
Be one step ahead by naturally anticipating their needs and understanding their different requirements and expectations.
2) Maintain High Standards - conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds.
Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, coordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues.
3) Support a Thriving Community - act as a community promoter and ambassador.
Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions.
Seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Front of House Experience - experience in retail, hospitality, leisure.
A friendly approachable manner, good understanding of customer service and a passion for delivering high quality service.
This is not essential, but it's great if you've worked in a wellness organisation!
The Ability to Multitask - excellent time management skills, calm when faced with day-today challenges of a busy reception area and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
A Dependable Team Player - build positive and trusted relationships with other team members.

You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing Shift patterns: This role works on a shift basis, morning shifts are 5.45am - 1.15pm and late shifts are 1.15pm - 9.15pm.
You will work two Saturdays per month.
