We have a fantastic position for aCommis Chef in our new restaurant Hop Scotch at the brand new Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.
Responsibilities As a Commis Chef youre on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef.
You will do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
