COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS' PQE, BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215297715Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm.The firm offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and a wide range of training opportunities to enable you to develop your career throughout your employment.You will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial work and service a wide variety of clients including startups and entrepreneurs, charities, SMEs and privately owned businesses, and major multi-national corporates.Responsibilities will include:• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including Terms & Conditions (B2B & B2C), distribution agreements and IT contracts• Contract reviews (e.g.
supplier contracts / licensing contracts)• Data protection advice and privacy document reviews• Providing transactional support to the Corporate team, including due diligence, disclosure and negotiating warranties• Assisting with the process, co-ordination and project management of matters• Developing strong working relationships with other teams• Marketing and business developmenteNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
