You would be joining a good-sized team of approximately qualified 10 legal professionals on a caseload of HNW and UHNW clients, handling matters such as Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development, and Property Investment matters.

Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Property Development, and Property Investment matters.
Representing HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, companies, institutional and private investors, funds and developers, institutional lenders, and private banks in a professional and fully compliant manner.
Assisting senior Legal Professionals and Team Leaders with larger matters.
Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.
Skills and Experience: UK qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' experience managing Commercial Property or Real Estate matters.
History of excellence, dealing with good quality matters in a reputable firm.
Ability to work to targets and history of meeting targets relative to salary.
Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail A strong interest in commercial property and internal progression.
