They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE.Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited to freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal lease renewal and rent review site assembly for developers advice to landlords and tenants option, pre-emption and overage agreements property financing advice upon retail, office and industrial development joint venture projects Career development is excellent and is clearly set out for fast progression.
