Commercial Property – Aberdeen/Inverness

This well-established firm is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding practice in either Aberdeen or Inverness.
The team represents a wide range of clients across various sectors, including international energy companies, landowners involved in renewable energy projects, national housebuilders, developers, and property investors.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of PQE and experience in all aspects of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, site acquisition and assembly for housebuilders, secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders, and handling renewable energy projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your property career within a supportive firm with an established and diverse client base.
