The Role Working with and supporting the Commercial Partners Manager(s) with contract delivery, relationship(s), critical path, GOK, retail (where applicable) and rights management for Castore's Commercial Partners assets across the multi-sport portfolio.
Crucial to the role is fostering and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders throughout allocated assets, including but not limited to day-to-day management of key asset stakeholders across commercial, marketing and the professional teams.
The Commercial Partners Executive will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of structure and organisation.
With the support of the Commercial Partners Manager(s), they will be responsible for developing relationships and subsequent commercial opportunities with assets, including other sponsors of Castore's Commercial Partners.
Ultimately, the Commercial Partners Executive will support the Commercial Partners Manager(s) to deliver key commercial and partnership activities, commercial growth and sporting campaigns to achieve partnership, business and brand goals.
Responsibilities ·Support with allocated assets (+ future assets where applicable) contract management and delivery.
·Day to day relationship management of key stakeholders at commercial partners.
·Management of the product development critical path.
·Identify sales opportunities, such as teamwear, via affiliated programmes and asset avenues.
·Liaise between the assets, agencies and internal teams ensuring all parties' requirements are met.
·Work with internal marketing, operational and sponsorship functions to deliver sponsorship rights across all brand and commercial activations.
·Liaise with product design & development functions to identify and develop new products.
·Generate incremental revenue stream opportunities through commercial partners respective partner portfolios.
·Working closely with wholesale teams to ensure provision of key information and associated materials to support licensed growth within wholesale accounts for respective/relevant partners.
·Support with frequent Internal and external reporting on key activity such as Team product retail sell through, re-buy sales and overall sponsored asset and total sport performance.
