Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Swindon Hybrid working - 2 days in office A brilliant opportunity to work at a strong Legal 100 law firm in the Southwest for a commercial litigation solicitor handling a variety of disputes on behalf of SME clients.
The role will suit a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE.
The work is varied, offering breadth and depth giving you have the opportunity to work across this full range of matters, contract disputes, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes as well as high level, complex debt recovery.
You will gain exposure to mediation and ADR.
