We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base with a variety of dispute resolution matters.

Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to debt recovery and dispute resolution strategies.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, statements of case, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support litigation strategies.
Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
What we need from you: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial disputes, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
