Job Title: Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Dispute Resolution Paralegal Location: Central London Salary: to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working: Yes Highly regarded American law firm are looking for a commercial litigation / dispute resolution paralegal to assist their leading team of partners with a wide range of international and high-value, complex disputes work providing expertise and analysis regarding legal matters.
The team is growing rapidly and are very busy and this is a senior role and so the successful paralegal will need to hit the ground running from day one.
For this reason, ideally the successful paralegal will have at least 2 years+ experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation / dispute resolution and be very confident with drafting a variety of documents including instructions to Counsel, disclosure letters etc.
as well as preparing pleadings, bundles, witness statements and exhibits, applications, and other legally effective documents.
You must also have good knowledge of the civil procedure rules as well as experience dealing with court filings and hearings.
Strong proof-reading and research skills also essential.
The team deal with an interesting array of corporate clients in the UK and Worldwide.
You should be comfortable handling complex, large-scale matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.
