Commercial Insurance Director

Broking Director - Sheffield We are supporting our client, a well established broker with a global branch network, in looking for a Broking Director.
They want to speak to a seasoned Account Executive or Client Director to establish and manage a new office in Sheffield.
This is a key leadership role well suited to someone who is accomplished in the commercial insurance industry and has a passion for driving growth and building a successful and profitable team.
You will already have proven leadership credentials, be able to develop and maintain client relationships on both corporate and large complex commercial insurance policies.
The role will require you to oversee financial performance to ensure sustained profitability and have full responsibility of the P&L.
The kind of Broking Director we require will also be able to recruit and provide expert advice whilst building a high performing team helping the office become a leading name in the south yorkshire area for commercial insurance in line with our clients strategic goals.
