We supply a wide range of consumer and food ingredients dairy products including fresh milk, cheeses, milk powders, butter & dairy spreads, and ice cream into the UK, Irish and international markets.

This role has a hybrid working arrangement.
About the Role As a Commercial Graduate Consumer Foods, you will play a core role within our commercial team in assisting in the driving of sustainable and profitable sales aligned to the overall business strategy.
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, within this role you will look after the following responsibilities: Assist in the management of nominated Key Accounts to deliver budgeted net margin and SKU volumes across each chilled category.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts, leveraging partnerships to drive forward Consumer Foods strategy and category plans.
Assist in quarterly pricing changes in line with the commodity markets.
Manage and develop strong cross-functional relationships within Dale Farm in order to ensure optimum service levels to the customer.
Provide accurate and timely weekly production forecasting by customer / SKU to manage stock availability.
Assist in Annual Budget setting by volume and price across all Key Accounts at SKU level.
Ongoing regular review as required by the business.
Assist in the regular SKU optimisation reviews to ensure site capacity is being maximised within the Consumer Foods range.
Assist Artwork manager in project management of new product launches and associated packaging changes.
Update Sales Forecasting system to reflect agreed and rejected customer promotional activity in collaboration with the Senior National Account Manager.
Investigate and resolve satisfactorily all price/invoice queries by customer.
Review of customer invoices for rebates & retrospective promotional funding in collaboration with Senior National Account Manager.
All other duties as directed by the Senior National Account Manager within the scope of the Commercial function.
About You This opportunity calls for a graduate with first rate communication skills who will be a hands-on, results-oriented individual and who can demonstrate their skills, energy and ability to multitask effectively.
Candidates should therefore be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related field as well as having a full clean driving license.
A sound knowledge and competency in IT packages such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc is also required for this role.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to work with their team to drive forward success.
Experience in FMCG account management is desired but not essential as well as knowledge of dairy markets and movements within commodities would be advantageous.
Candidates should also be able to demonstrate their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to challenges when they arise to find workable solutions.
