Commercial Gas Engineer – Stoke on Trent – 22.50PH & D2D I am currently representing a excellent building services company who have a great opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to come and join their growing heating division.
They provide full design, installation, service and maintenance contracts to high end commercial clientele which includes office space, government contracts and hotels.
The ideal candidate would be based in the Stoke On Trent (30 mile radius) area and would be covering the following areas: North Of Birmingham M6 corridor to Manchester Some M62 corridor You will be providing planned preventative maintenance, servicing, repairing and occasional installation works of commercial gas appliances across a range of client sites.
Qualifications and Skills Required: ACS Qualifications: Up-to-date ACS qualifications for commercial gas appliances (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1 CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, BMP1).
Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience within the commercial gas industry.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of commercial gas systems, fault diagnosis, and industry standards.
Controls/BMS Understanding would be beneficial.
In return the client is looking to offer: 22.50PH on a 40 hour working week D2D Travel Van & Fuel Card Private healthcare (after qualification period) Pension scheme (3% employer contribution) Overtime available – 1.5 in week & Saturdays – X2 Sundays & bank holidays 1 in 9 (to rise to 10/11) call out (100-pound retainer) – overtime when called and also depending on when called time back in lieu – not overly a reactive call out but engineers cover all areas.
