Commercial Gas Engineer

XTex are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer on behalf of our client based in the Blackburn area, covering Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
About You Experience conducting diagnostic, service and maintenance.
Basic installations to commercial plant, HVAC and mechanical building services.
Able to carry out fault finding and repair of commercial plant room equipment, i.e.boilers, pumps, valves, vessels etc.
Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers/industry guidelines.
Proficient with boilers, pumps, valves AHU'S, fan coils, pipework, burners, controls etc.
Electrical control knowledge would be an advantage.
Oil experience would be an advantage along with LPG.
Preferred but not essential experience in renewables (Ground/Air source heat pumps/systems) You would be working within facilities such as commercial, corporate, industrial, retail and governmental (Schools/NHS/Public Buildings) Successful applicants will be expected to be part of the company's on-call rota system.
