Responsibilities Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts Effectively present findings and recommendations to Commercial Finance Team Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes Requirements CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and stat accounts preferred but not essential MCR Benefits 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum 25 days Your Birthday off Free eye test voucher Please note we do not offer hybrid/remote working options, this role is office based/on site depending on your role.
