Divisional Commercial Manager North London £100,000 - £115,000 + Package Construction and Maintenance Contractor The Role: Working for one of the largest Tier 1 contractors in the UK managing a flagship contract worth around £25m PA.
Heading up the commercial team overseeing financial processes on all projects and contracts, being involved with commercial aspects, assisting with pre contract stages and managing costs.

Duties: Managing costs across multi-million-pound contracts.
Reporting into the Regional Commercial Director.
Feasibility studies, procurement reports, value management, cost control Change control, cost checking, valuation work Be a point of contact for clients and coordinate with consultants and project management personnel Dealing with all cost related issues in an effective and timely manner Creating the completed cost reports Making regular cost checks as well as regular valuations to ensure that it is in line with the cost reports Dealing with contractual disputes Drive clear strategy on operational delivery, customer engagement, commercial excellence, winning work and repeat business, people training, succession and development Experience: Previous experience in surveying or commercial management for a Tier 1 main contractor Previous experience in social housing planned maintenance Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise Displays strong leadership skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Divisional Commercial Manager North London £100,000 - £115,000 + Package Construction and Maintenance Contractor
