Responsibilities: Lead service optimisations and pricing strategies.
Manage contract renewals and competitive submissions.
Collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.
Oversee municipal contracts and external partnerships.
Provide monthly data insights using advanced analytics.
Work with Commercial and Customer teams on proposals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and solid business knowledge.
Stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local authorities, business clients, and suppliers.
Previous experience in contract bidding and management is beneficial.
Proficiency in using reporting software and analysing data trends to provide actionable insights.
