Key Responsibilities: Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for goods and services.Providing expert legal advice on public procurement law, including compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations and strategic advice on procurement processes.Supporting clients on procurement challenges, including dispute resolution and risk management.Assisting with contract management and advising on performance, variation, and termination of contracts.Advising on complex joint ventures, outsourcing agreements, and public-private partnerships. Candidate Requirements: At least 3 years PQE in commercial law and public procurement.Strong understanding of public procurement rules and regulations.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with a range of public and private sector clients.
