Our client is a busy coffee shop / café within a large office building in a great location in Bournemouth, which is on easy public transport links.
In this role, you'll have the buzz of a Hospitality role, but the work/life balance of a Monday to Friday environment!
What's involved?
As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will lead shifts in a coffee shop which serves around 700 customers per day; mainly coffee and grab & go food.
You will help to train and motivate a team, ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, cashing up, and will offer the professional and efficient service at all times.
