The role: As a Clinical Supervisor with Superior Healthcare, you'll organise, conduct, and document in-person observations and supervisions with our friendly team of nurses across Kent.
Using your complex care and clinical expertise, you'll provide professional support tailored to their individual development.
Our Clinical Supervisor role offers a 37.5-hour work week with flexible scheduling to effectively support field-based staff—early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required.
This flexibility can be especially beneficial if you're balancing other commitments.
You'll receive extensive support, access to ongoing CPD , and a competitive salary of £41,500 .
