Territory - Newcastle, York, Middlesborough, Edinburgh, Northern Ireland Were looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Specialists, focusing on Laparoscopic medical devices.
Covering customers in your given geography, this role is your chance to make your mark in a dynamic and growing field.
The ideal candidate will be a driven sales person with prior medical devices and operating theatre experience.
What Youll Do: Drive Sales Success: Meet and exceed sales targets by showcasing our innovative MedTech products to key stakeholders in secondary care including consultants, operating theatre managers and procurement.
Territory Management: Take charge of your own territory, identify high-value opportunities, and develop strategic plans to grow our market presence.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that highlight our brands value.
Market Leadership: Stay ahead of the competition by promoting the adoption of the latest technologies and capturing market share.
Analytical Insight: Use data and account strategies to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
What You Bring: Influential Communication: Strong skills in influencing and consulting with customers, setting you apart in building trust and partnerships.
Sales Expertise: We are looking for candidates with prior medical devices sales experience, alongside a good understanding and hands-on experience around how theatres operate.
Previous experience with laparoscopic devices is preferred Product Knowledge: A keen interest or experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with our sales tools to effectively manage and track your progress.
