Overview Job title: Associate or Senior Associate Location: Fully remote – from any location in England and Wales Salary: £Excellent – 'top tier' rate Reports to: Head of Department Previous Experience: The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE.
Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome.
There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL.
Candidates with clinical negligence experience at all levels considered You may be a clinical negligence solicitor at the start of your career and therefore handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as 'Never Event' cases or other undisputed claims.
Equally, you may have experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or even high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth.
