Clinical Lead - Specialist Therapist Role

Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team.
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated clinical team, providing specialist therapy services to individuals with complex needs.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
They will also possess experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as strong report writing skills and the ability to work independently.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
In this role, you will contribute to staff training and consultation, and work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality services.
