Main duties of the job The Clinical Lead will support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors.
Responsibilities include providing inspirational leadership and management, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring resident wellbeing, completing audits and reports, and attending weekly clinical meetings.

Ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to and support with the reviewing of medication and administration.
Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
Completing monthly audits, quality indicator report and any other report as required.
