Clinical Lead - Autism And Neurodiversity Specialist

Outcomes First Group We are a leading provider of special needs education, dedicated to delivering high-quality services that support the unique needs of our students.
About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the line management of a team of clinicians, working collaboratively with the site to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.
This role requires a strong understanding of autism and neurodiversity, as well as experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
Key Responsibilities Coordinating the line management of a team of clinicians Delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need Providing supervision and supporting a therapy team Collaborating with the site to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with autism and neurodiversity Contributing to staff training and consultation Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Additionally, they should have clear and concise report writing skills, experience in providing supervision, and a full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Benefits We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
