Job summary St.Rocco's Hospice is looking to recruit a Clinical Administrator to provideadministrative support to the In-Patient service.
To ensurethat relief cover and comprehensive administrativesupport of a high standard is in place to the Clinical team, to enableexemplary service onsite at the Hospice.Thisrole requires innovative thinking, autonomous working and the ability todevelop strong productive relationships.
Excellent communication,organisational, planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills are essential.15- hours per week and potentially full-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job Support for the In PatientServiceTo be responsible for ensuring that allreferrals are entered onto the patient administration system, and discussed bythe appropriate team.Toinput data onto SystmOne, ensuring accurate statistical data.Toaccurately transcribe clinical letters, minutes, protocols and other correspondence either by tape or handwritten, and any other typing as requested, in a timely mannerand within the specified time scales.

Person Specification Experience Essential Experience of working in an administrative role.
Experience of working in a customer facing role or dealing with people on a day-to-day basis.
Desirable Experience of working in a healthcare or clinical setting Qualifications Essential Trained and/or highly experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Educated to A Level or equivalent, or with three years relevant experience.
