Client Support and Event Executive - London NW1 Joining a privately owned executive coaching organisation that supports clients across the UK, Europe, America, and the Far East.
This client-facing role is primarily project-based and involves attending meetings, scoping projects, creating engaging proposals, resource planning, and ensuring the smooth delivery of events.

What's on Offer: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience.
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs), 2 days WFH Annual Leave: 38 days, and office closure at Christmas.

What You'll Be Doing: Project Management: Participate in client projects from research, scoping, and resource planning, to ensuring delivery schedules align with client needs.
Proposal Creation: Develop pitches using templates and custom solutions.
Client Liaison: Act as the key contact, overseeing onboarding, relationship management, and event delivery with global clients.
Event Coordination: Organise both virtual and in-person client meetings and events.
Briefing Support: Prepare facilitators and trainers to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Issue Resolution: Address client issues promptly, building trust and fostering long-lasting relationships.
Data Management: Maintain accurate client data, manage projects, and track performance using Monday.com.
