Client Services Executive

The Client Services Manager plays a key role in the successful management of key client relationships within our European and Middle East Partnerships.
Our goal is to create a best-in-class client services experience to exceed the expectations of our clients attending Partnership retreats.
This is both an external and internal facing role that will require the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
This person must demonstrate exceptional customer service, with a continual focus on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of our event clients' organizational structure and business needs Build long-term relationships by acting as the go-to person for our client contacts; ensuring their expectations are delivered and exceeded through the provision of a high touch, personal service Work closely with Operations to ensure the planning and delivery of each retreat exceeds clients expectations and every detail has been thought through Work with the Commercial Directors to support their sales process, including keeping information in Salesforce up to date and create opportunities for sales prospects Work closely with the IR and Content team to provide their invited delegates with timely, accurate information and be on hand to answer questions Regularly updates retreat documentation and brochures, to reflect the most up to date versions Carefully track all Partnership clients and status and ensure that the information is captured in the relevant the databases Attend each event, assist with the registration process for delegates on site.
Excell in making the clients feel welcome and be on hand for the duration of the event to ensure the client experience is seamless Proactively provide professional an accurate information to clients in advance of each retreat, such as attendee lists, hotel information, etc.
Manage the pre-event of prep calls.
Reaching out to speakers, scheduling meetings, answering agenda questions when needed Creates post-event debrief reports to share with allocator and partner attendees Where capacity allows, provide additional support where required to the wider Client Services team supporting other With brand events with Client Service tasks Requirements 1-3 years' experience in a client service or in a customer facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident speaking to senior professionals Project management experience preferred Strong attention to detail skills with a process-oriented mindset Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Passion for providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders Positive, can-do attitude and remain calm under pressure Self-assured and enjoys interacting with senior professional people Overseas travel required to onsite events Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook required Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Bizzabo, Monday.com, Swapcard preferred Benefits 24 days annual leave rising to 29 days Enhanced parental leave Medicash (Health Cash Plans) Wellness Days Flexible Fridays (Opportunity to finish early) Birthday day off Employee assistance program Travel loan scheme Charity days Breakfast provided Social Events throughout the year Hybrid Working Our Company: With Intelligence is based at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA.
