Responsibilities: Provide sales, operational, administrative, and service support to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
Check and confirm that all booking components are accurately arranged and that clients' arrangements are well-considered.
Manage all necessary administrative functions, ensuring clients have all the required information at their fingertips.
Collaborate with supplier partners, effectively communicating clients' requirements.
Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer care, exceeding clients' expectations.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Excellent organisational skills.
Positive attitude.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in the travel industry.
Familiarity with travel booking systems.
Technologies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
