About the role... As a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for leading the client services team and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to your clients.
You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges, and develop strategic plans that drive growth, guiding strategic initiatives, and overseeing the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Your ability to build strong client relationships, provide strategic direction, and inspire teams will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, delivering high quality services that meet their expectations as well as retention, and organic growth.
About you... To be considered for this Client Services Director role, we're looking for proven experience in a leadership role within a client services or account management team, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong leadership and people management skills are key, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to understand clients' industries, business models, and marketing objectives along with a results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth.
