Senior Client Relationship Management Executive Our client, a prestigious international law firm are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join the Client Development team.
This role is crucial in managing the Client Relationship Management Programme.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and fee earners to enhance client relationships, drive client value, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the coordination and management of the client programme, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Attend and contribute to all client management related internal meetings, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Support Client Relationship Associates and Partners in forming and executing client plans.
Develop and deliver objectives for clients.
Produce financial analyses and bespoke reports for senior partners.
Manage the cross-selling tracker and identify opportunities for clients.
Monitor client performance.
What our client are looking for: Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.
Proven track record in client relationship management or programme management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in data analysis with experience using PowerBI, Excel, and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and deliver high-quality work.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
