About the Role: As a Customer Account Manager, you will support our client's valued customer base by delivering accurate price quotations and outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service/Sales: Assisting customers via phone, fax, and email.
Providing timely and accurate price quotations.
Processing customer orders and ensuring their requirements are met.
Developing professional relationships with customers and sales representatives.
Proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
Proficiency with personal computers and typing.
- Desirable: Two years of sales experience/administration in a manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
