I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor.
They do not require someone with years of experience, rather someone who is skilled in dealing with the areas listed below.
Job Details: 3 month contract (with the opportunity to extend) £40 per hour (umbrella) Start date is at the end of November Hybrid work Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload, covering breach of contract, debt recovery, property disputes Regular court attendance (County Court hearings for fast-track, intermediate and multi-track claims) Hands on experience in property litigation, landlord tenant disputes and related matters If you are interested in finding out more about this role, then please apply directly on LinkedIn, or contact my colleague on the details below.
