Childrens Residential Registered Manager

We are looking for a Childrens Residential Registered Manager to start ASAP at a home in Epsom.
They will need to hit the ground running and instil confidence in the team from day one.
They will need to be resilient, reliable, and committed to the children in the service.
A good attendance record is a must, and the flexibility to work over the Christmas/New Year period is also a necessity.
They will be able to build excellent rapports with the service users and be completely child centred.
Whilst leading the team with confidence and determination for the home to be a caring, safe space, a good sense of humour would go down a treat!
All applicants must have a full UK driving licence, access to their own vehicle with an MOT, business insurance and have a DVLA check done.
They will also need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and at least 2 years experience within residential childcare within the last 5 years.
