Main duties of the job Toprovide a highly specialised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and adviceservice for children and young people with a wide variety of physical,cognitive, emotional and sensory difficulties, including those with complexneeds.
Toprovide expert physiotherapy advice, guidance and information to health,education and social care professionals, carers and relatives and othernon-professionals.Totake an active role, working with the team, in the development of thechildrens physiotherapy service in Hertfordshire.Tobe professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own workincluding assessment, clinical decision making, treatment selection andevaluation of treatment and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.Tobe responsible for the mentoring and supervision of junior staff member/s andstudent Physiotherapists.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Youll hold a Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and ideally have experience of working in an Occupational Therapist team Be HCPC registered Previous NHS experience is preferred but not essential Full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
