They provide a therapeutic package tailored to the individual needs of each young person, serving as a viable alternative to secure provisions or a step-down from a secure setting.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Children's Home Registered Manager at One to One Crisis Intervention in Newton Abbot.
The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Experience in residential childcare management Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience working with young people with complex needs Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
