Job summary Would you like to work in Children's Services providing high quality, efficient and effective administrative support to the nursing and medical teams caring for children and young people presenting to the Emergency Department?We are looking to appoint a Children's Service Administrator to support the department by providing a range of administrative duties.
You will be supported by a newly appointed Children's ED Co-ordinator and will have the opportunity to develop in other areas as well as undertaking additional qualifications relevant to the role through the Apprenticeship Tarriff - Level 3,4 or 5 Business Administration Main duties of the job This role will include scanning, photocopying, receiving telephones calls, managing generic mailboxes and reviewing information in relation to Children's Safeguarding.Preparing agenda's and documents for the safeguarding meetings.You will also ensure children and families are welcomed to the department, provide wait times.Monitor breech dataSupporting the Matron, Senior Sister and Practice EducatorEnsure the environment is safe, clean and child friendly.
