To be successful in your child support worker application, you will: Have previous experience working in a care setting with young people in the UK Have knowledge of cognitive behavioural approaches, attachment theory and child protection policyBe able to demonstrate how your lived experiences have informed your approach to care Have experience advocating on behalf of a young person Register under the PVG schemeFull driving licenceObtained SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent Does this sound like you?
