Having experienced exponential growth over the past five years, the business wants to maximise its scale potential and now have a 5 year strategic plan which is focused on creating new brands, partnerships and routes to market, aiming to double turnover by 2030.
Reporting into the MD, the CFO will lead and develop a large Finance and IT function whilst continuing to work closely with the Board to execute their strategic vision to ensure all opportunities are maximised in a financially efficient manner with the key focus on EBITDA growth.
Parkinson Lee are looking for experienced Finance leaders with the following attributes: An experienced CFO / Finance Director who has been in a number one finance role within a family-owned organisation (is desirable) A solid understanding of consumer focussed manufacturing (FMCG, Retail, Wholesale would also be advantageous) A proven leader with the ability to mentor, coach and develop staff to increase the depth of talent across finance and IT A background in improving operational process and financial performance to drive profit and EBITDA A solid working knowledge of contract management and contract negotiations Previous experience of working in a retail/manufacturing environment managing credit and fund facilities Excellent communication skills across all dimensions of the business (shop floor to the boardroom) with an open-door policy An individual who continuously builds relationships with key stakeholders within the business and externally with banks, auditors, etc.
